Bass Zanjani
Bass is an entrepreneurial business and transformational executive with over 20 years experience scaling companies and leading transformational ventures. His M&A background includes founding two M&A advisory firms. In this role he managed U.S M&A for $5B AUM foreign family office culminating in biotech platform acquisition and technology add-on. His capital raising background includes he successfully closed on $50MM venture fund.
In addition, his deal origination track record also includes closing on $15.5M through EB-5 foreign funding for 7 projects. His management and consulting background include leading a turnaround venture for largest health care center in Minnesota, change management and post-merger integration of a business division for a top 100 financial services firm and has developed national private equity go-to-market strategies for three three top 30 accounting firms. He has led national business development and deal sourcing for professional services firms and for private equity. He is also a co-founder of a of VeeKrypt Corporation, an AI cybersecurity company. Bass has his Bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of Minnesota.

Randy Murphy
A serial entrepreneur and business operator, Randy Murphy started his first venture in middle school buying & selling baseball cards, then expanded operations to include paper routes, door to door vehicle detailing, and home window washing. It was this initial string of endeavors where Randy developed the love of starting, operating, and helping others grow small businesses.
Randy has founded/co-founded seven companies. This included building companies from startup to $35m in revenue, 1 to 1,200 employees, and featured two exits, four M&A transactions, and over $40m raised in private capital. For all these companies, Randy brought his entrepreneurial passion and experience for strategy, sales building, customer engagement, financial and data analysis, and setting & achieving company goals.
